Accelerated Cooperative Education (ACE) Leadership Program

Blending your academics with practical experience better prepares you for your career and professional life. The ACE Leadership program uses seminars, internships and alumni engagement  opportunities to help you achieve your goals and become the capable, ethical, and caring business leader known as the Santa Clara alumnus.

ACE Program Overview

The ACE Leadership program provides long term career and leadership coaching, mentoring and support to students. Participants are placed with their graduation year cohort and remain active members of the program for three years.

Only 25 first-year business undergraduates are selected for the ACE program each year, and invitations to apply for the program are sent to eligible students in Winter Quarter. For more information about applying to the ACE Leadership program, contact Iffat Bhuiyan in the Undergraduate Business Program Office (Lucas 115).
