Engineering Students: Undergraduate and Graduate

If you are an undergraduate or graduate interested in using your knowledge for social change while engaging in real world experience, then you are in the right place (even if you're not in engineering).

Join a student project team, earn a certificate in Frugal Innovation, study Frugal Innovation abroad, do research, attend Frugal Innovation Gatherings (FIGs), apply for fellowships, and more!

Frugal Innovation is a frame of mind used all around the world and across industries due to its capability to see resource constraints not as an obstacle, but as an opportunity.  If you are interested in specializing in this fast-growing frame of mind, we offer you two academic options:
