Scholarships & Fellowships

Honors students are eligible to apply for several scholarships that are exclusive to the Honors Program. Each of these scholarships is designed to give UHP students an enriching experience that reaches far beyond the typical classroom.

Oxford Scholarship:

The application process is managed through Study Abroad. For further information, contact the Honors office. Application opens November 18, 2024 at 1:00 PM PT, deadline is December 5th, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT. See program details at the Study Abroad Information Portal.

Osberg Fellowship:

Each Osberg Scholar receives an award of up to $3,000 for summer research wages and/or domestic travel expenses. This fellowship is an excellent way for students to prepare to compete for nationally competitive graduate fellowships such as the Rhodes, Marshall, Schwarzman, Knight-Hennessy, Fulbright, Mitchell, Truman, Goldwater, Udall, Gates-Cambridge, or the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship.

Candidates must be current sophomores or juniors in good standing with the University Honors Program who exemplify the ideals and best tradition of Santa Clara University, and have a minimum GPA of 3.3.
