Senior HR Partner
As a Senior HR Partner, Melissa (she/her) provides coaching and guidance to supervisors and managers in the areas of recruitment and staffing, classification and compensation, and performance management.
Prior to working at Santa Clara University, Melissa worked in higher education in career engagement and nonprofit human resources roles. She is an SCU alumna with a bachelor's degree in marketing and completed her master's degree in nonprofit leadership at Seattle University.
