The Assistant Director of Residence Life reports to the Associate Director and manages daily operations within the department. Each Assistant Director supervises four to five Resident Directors and helps oversee key departmental functions, including student staff recruitment, programming, emergency planning, student welfare, and communications. The role also involves liaising with other university offices to enhance the residential experience for approximately 3,400 undergraduate residents. This is a full-time, live-in position requiring evening and weekend availability.
The Director of Prospect Management and Analytics at Santa Clara University supports fundraising efforts by overseeing prospect research, portfolio development, and data-driven strategies to enhance donor relationships. Reporting to the Senior Director of PMA, the Director collaborates with development officers and university teams to optimize fundraising operations. This role involves managing complex data projects, ensuring strategic alignment with university goals, and implementing best practices to improve efficiency. As part of the PMA leadership team, the Director contributes to innovation, consistency, and process automation within the team.
The Assistant Dean of Finance & Administration at JST-SCU oversees finance, HR, operations, and facilities, ensuring compliance with university policies and legal regulations. As a key leadership team member, they support strategic planning and serve as the primary liaison for financial and operational matters. Reporting to the Sr. Assistant Dean (Chief Operating Officer), they provide financial insights to the Dean, Board of Directors, and Finance Committee to enhance operational efficiency.
