If you are interested in graduate/law housing for the 2025-2026 academic year, please know that applications are accepted on a rolling basis and housing assignments are made if space is available at the time of application. The 2025-2026 graduate and law housing application will be available via your housing portal on Wednesday, March 19, 2025.
- The priority deadline for returning graduate/law residents is April 9, 2025 at 5:00PM.
- Returning graduate/law residents who apply by April 9, 2025 will be notified of their 2025-2026 placement on April 30, 2025.
- We encourage new applicants to apply by the April 9 priority deadline since we cannot guarantee that you will be able to secure your space for 2025-2026 if you do not apply by this date.
- New applications and returning applications received after May 14, 2025 will be notified of their 2025-2026 placement the last week of June, 2025. Those received after the first week of June, 2025, will be assigned and notified on a rolling basis.

In order for your application to be considered complete, you must electronically sign the Graduate or Law Housing Contract, complete a graduate/law housing preference form, respond to a series of application questions, and submit a $500 housing deposit, all within the online application process.
