Guiding Principles

These annual welcome receptions celebrate first-year and transfer students entering the SCU community. These events are a great opportunity to meet current students, faculty, staff and alumni who can provide more information about cultural programs, activities, organizations and resources on campus. 

OML collaborates with various SCU student organizations and departments to host a series of events uplifting various heritage groups throughout the school year. All community members are invited and encouraged to attend these programs in service to our institutional values. 

OML coordinates a series of recognition ceremonies honoring the accomplishments of undergraduate and graduate students. Graduating students are invited to participate in these unique cultural celebrations with their families, friends and SCU community members.
