Please note: do not use Transact eAccounts' "Card Management" section unless you want to suspend your credential. Mobile credentials can only be set up using the instructions below.
If you already had a digital credential on your phone and you have purchased a new phone, your credential will not transfer to your new phone. The good news is that set up is easy!
Enroll your new phone into Duo by following the instructions in the link. If you need assistance, please stop by the Technology Help Desk or email techdesk@scu.edu.
Next, make sure your new phone has the Transact eAccounts app.
The final step is to send an email to access@scu.edu with your name and campus ID and we will send the final instructions to add it to your wallet.
