Community Rooted in Care and Access
At Santa Clara University, equal access in education, employment, programs, services, and campus life reflects our commitment to caring for the whole person. We strive to create an accessible environment where every student, employee, and visitor—regardless of ability—can fully participate in University life.

Request an Accommodation
Accommodations are adjustments that ensure equal access for students, employees, and visitors with disabilities. This includes supporting access to classes, jobs, and campus events. Anyone with a disability can request an accommodation through the interactive process.
Submit a Grievance
If you’ve been denied an accommodation or your approved accommodations aren’t being implemented, you have the right to file a grievance. Learn more about which process applies to your situation and how to file.
Report a Barrier
SCU is committed to providing equal access for all. If you encounter something that limits access—such as a broken elevator, blocked ramp, or inaccessible website—we encourage you to report it so the issue can be addressed.
