- In my career working in SCU, I have acquired many skills including building relationships and understanding how impactful organizations and groups can be. I believe in the power of people because everything runs only as well as people run it. I have learned to understand the needs of people and to make sure they are taken care of because people is our biggest and most value power. Creating change with in an organization requires care, understanding, inspiration, and dedication. As part of the SCU Alumni Board, I strive to bring these four qualities to create change in the support of reconnecting and continued connection with our alumni.
