• Who Will You Cheer For? Remember when women’s soccer star María Sánchez ’18 signed a then-record contract with the Houston Dash? She was recently traded to the San Diego Wave and tomorrow, May 17, she and the Wave take on Bay FC in a match packed with SCU alumnae! In addition to four alumnae founders, Bay FC’s roster features Alex Loera ’21 and Melissa Lowder ’19. Will you cheer for Maria, Bay FC, or both as you follow along?
  
  
• AI Can’t Believe It: Two Broncos made The Software Report’s list of the Top 25 AI Executives of 2024! Veena Gundavelli M.S. ’94 is the founder and CEO of Emagia, and Amy (Hofstein) Reichanadter M.A. ’93 serves as Chief People Officer for Databricks. • On the Up and UPS: The MIT Center for Transportation and Logistics has awarded Steven Parks ’18 a UPS Fellowship.
