The Alumni Awards are given annually to honor and publicly recognize individuals who have given distinguished service to the Alumni Association, the University, and their community.
The Ignatian Award publicly recognizes alumni who live the SCU ideals of competence, conscience, and compassion, and have been a credit to the Alumni Association and the University through outstanding achievement in their service to humanity.
The Louis I. Bannan, S.J. award pays tribute to the heart and spirit of one of Santa Clara’s most dedicated supporters: Louis Ignatius Bannan, S.J. This award recognizes an alumnus/a couple each year for their service to the Alumni Association and Santa Clara University.
The Paul L. Locatelli, S.J. Award publicly recognizes a single Santa Clara University employee or affiliate who has given distinguished and outstanding service to the Alumni Association and University.
New for 2025, the Outstanding Young Alumni Award publicly recognizes a single SCU alumnus/a for their service to Santa Clara University, their community, and/or their profession, and whose undergraduate degree was conferred between 2015-2024.
