The University Villas are located on five acres across from Stephen Schott Stadium and the main campus, this gated community includes parking, indoor and outdoor gathering spaces such as volleyball nets situated in grassy courtyards, numerous grilling stations and outdoor seating for dining & relaxing.

On-Site Parking: Participants are eligible to purchase residential parking permits to park close to their campus residence. The current rate is $90 per month. Street parking is also available at your own risk.
