Rose is a final-year Counseling Psychology Master’s student at Santa Clara University (MFT track, Health Psychology emphasis). She holds a BS in Psychology from Loyola University Chicago and has experience supporting individuals in recovery at Recovery Café San Jose through the Jesuit Volunteer Corps. Rose concurrently works on the College Success Team at Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit High School, helping first-generation students with college applications and their transition to college
Rose is filled with gratitude to continue her professional growth at CAPS, a setting that prioritizes equity, cura personalis, and evidence-based practices. She approaches therapy from a person-centered, integrative lens in order to support clients in their goals. Additionally, Rose’s emphasis in Health Psychology has deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of integrating mindfulness, somatic awareness, and health promotion into therapeutic work.
Rose believes in nurturing the mind, body, and spirit and is committed to walking alongside people on their unique journeys of growth and healing.
