Three seating configurations for Forbes are available: standard, square, and theater style. Please use the following methods for setup requests:
- Reach out to Dukes Business Service Center in the following cases:
- Events taking place in Forbes during the Center’s open hours during the months of October-May
- ONLY standard configurations
- Reach out to University Support's Event Services Team who can support the following:
- Any booking during the months of June-September.
- Any configurations outside of these three options
- Tables need to be removed

- 28 - 36 seats
- Theater
- Total available: 100 black chairs
- With tables still in room, only 80 chairs can be setup
- If more than 80 needed, please book Winkler-Lund Conference Room 125 for Facilities to store tables
- Total available: 100 black chairs
