Uma is a full-time MBA student at the Leavey School of Business, where she is honing her skills in product management with a dash of marketing tailored to the tech industry. Before diving into business school, she worked as a Computer Vision Engineer at Johns Hopkins University, building on her Master’s in Data Science and Analytics from the University of Oklahoma. Beyond academics and career, Uma enjoys hiking, plays a lot of racquet sports, and loves unwinding with a good novel.

Jayshil is a second year evening MBA student and the VP of Sales Operations & Client Services at Strad, an AI-based SaaS platform for family offices & wealth managers. Prior to Strad, Jayshil spent 10 years in Investment Management Consulting and Banking at Loring Ward, Citi & others. In his spare time, he loves to explore California's natural beauty, local gastronomic hotspots, and spend time with family.

After 15 years of teaching middle school mathematics, I pivoted into the Evening MBA program at Santa Clara. I currently serve as the Marketing and Membership Manager with the Silicon Valley Mathematics Initiative. In addition, I have experience as a previous small-business owner.
