Professor Andy Zighelboim brings extensive experience from the institutional and high-net-worth capital markets landscape to his role as a Quarterly Lecturer in Finance. Over the course of his career, he has advised pension funds, life insurance companies, private equity funds, investment managers, REITs, operating platforms, and high-net-worth entities on the valuation and disposition of institutional-quality assets, particularly within the San Francisco Bay Area and Pacific Northwest.
He has successfully advised on more than $15 billion in transactions across the R&D, office, industrial, and land sectors, representing firms such as J.P. Morgan, Prologis, DWS, DivcoWest, LaSalle Investment Management, AEW, and Lincoln Property Company. Prior to his current role with Colliers, Professor Zighelboim worked with Eastdil Secured in a similar advisory capacity.
At SCU, he draws on this breadth of professional experience to bridge the gap between academic study and real-world application in the finance and real estate markets.
