The study has surveyed more than 70 leading global firms regarding where their products are manufactured, with intent to identify drivers of shifts in offshoring/reshoring.
The research team consists of faculty from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management (Germany), the Olin Business School at Washington University St. Louis, the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University, the Graduate School of Business Administration at Kobe University (Japan), and the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University.
