Wilson Lin is an Assistant Professor in Information Systems & Analytics at the Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business.
Wilson's research focuses on improving human interactions with humans, algorithms, and technologies to enable better outcomes. He uses empirical methods to study such human-centric questions in healthcare management and nonprofit management. Wilson has been invited to present his work at major operations management and information systems conferences, such as INFORMS, MSOM, INFORMS Healthcare, POMS, and Conference on Health IT and Analytics (CHITA). His research has been published in Manufacturing & Service Operations Management and Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine.
Wilson earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration (Data Sciences and Operations) at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. He also earned a M.S. in Operations Research Engineering and B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California.
