Dr. Wilson Lin is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Systems and Analytics at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business. He is a Miller Center for Global Impact Faculty Scholar and serves as Faculty Advisor for Santa Clara's student chapter of INFORMS and an editorial board member at Decision Sciences.

Dr. Lin's research focuses on improving human interactions with other people, algorithms, and technologies to enable better outcomes. Using empirical and experimental methods, he studies human-centric questions in healthcare management, human-algorithm interactions, and social impact operations. His work has been published in Manufacturing & Service Operations Management and the Journal of the American Board of Family Medicine, and he has presented at major conferences including INFORMS, MSOM, Behavioral Operations Conference, INFORMS Healthcare, POMS, and the Conference on Health IT and Analytics.

Dr. Lin holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California (USC) Marshall School of Business, along with an M.S. in Operations Research Engineering and a B.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the USC Viterbi School of Engineering.
