John Hoffman is an experienced Chairman and Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history in high technology and international leadership with companies such as Pivotal Systems, RagingWire, and Applied Materials. He helped start Onward Ops, which successfully transitions about 5000 service members per month back into civilian life, and is a Tier 1 partner with the Veterans Administration, the Department of Defense, Google, and Humana Health. He serves on their board of directors and is the Chairman of the Onward Ops Foundation. John is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and received his EMBA from Stanford. John and his wife Debbie have five children, including two daughters who graduated from Santa Clara University.
