Phyllis Brock
Phyllis Brock teaches MBA and Undergraduate Leadership and Global Business courses in the management and entrepreneurship department Leavey School of Business. For the past 8 years, she has been passionate about developing our future leaders. She is known for designing and leading MBA classes to global destinations for the Global Business Perspective Programs.
As Principal of Highland Team consulting, Phyllis provides strategic marketing expertise and executive leadership programs to large firms as well as start-ups. Phyllis is a senior executive with extensive leadership. sales, marketing, and Internet management experience. She is highly regarded for her unique ability to consult with leaders and their teams to produce breakthrough results.
Previously, Phyllis was an executive in high technology. She was vice president for a $20B company and held leadership positions in start-ups in Silicon Valley. Her teams were global and she traveled extensively. She has been to over 45 countries.
Phyllis launched Canada's marketing organization for Sun Microsystems, resulting in a 50% growth of the company's revenues within 2 years. Phyllis started her career in sales at IBM Canada. Phyllis speaks french and is originally from Montreal, Canada where she graduated in business from McGill University.
