Carrie Pan joined the Santa Clara University faculty in 2007. Her teaching interests include corporate finance, international finance, and investments.
Her scholarship has included research in global corporate governance and dividend policies, and management changes and the effect on firm value.
She worked as an research engineer before turning to the academic side of finance.
She received her B.S. in mechanical engineering from Zhejiang University (China), her MBA at Santa Clara University, and earned her Ph.D. in finance from the Ohio State University.
