Yash Pokharna is a passionate technologist and problem-solver currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Santa Clara University. As a Software Development Intern at FastBeetle through the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship, he contributes to scalable backend systems, REST API development, and data-driven optimization for logistics platforms. With a strong foundation in both full-stack and backend engineering, Yash combines creativity and technical precision to build impactful solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Yash holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Vishwakarma Institute of Information Technology, where he developed a strong academic foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, Database Management Systems, and Object Oriented Programming. His undergraduate coursework sparked his passion for building intelligent, scalable systems and motivated his pursuit of advanced studies in computer science.

Before joining Santa Clara University, Yash gained hands-on experience as a Software Engineer at Indexnine Technologies , where he worked on projects involving cloud-based dashboards, real-time data visualization, and browser automation tools. His technical skill set spans Java, Python, C++, React, Node.js, and database design backed by a deep understanding of systems programming and distributed architectures.

Blending his technical expertise with a commitment to learning and innovation, Yash continues to pursue opportunities that merge software engineering, AI, and data intelligence to create technologies that drive measurable impact.
