Areas of Interest at SCU and Leavey: I'm interested in the Wealth Management and Private Banking Spaces. At SCU, I hope to supplement my financial knowledge with a business analytics minor to explore the intersection of finance and technology.
What are your SCU and Leavey activities/general hobbies: I'm President of the MicroFinance Association, cohort member in the ACE Leadership Program, a Program Assistant with the Leavey Ambassadors, and an analyst with the Financial Technology Student Association. My hobbies include snowboarding, golfing, pickleball, trying new cuisines, and traveling.
What internship/employment opportunities have you taken advantage of at Leavey: I attended the winter start-up career fair and found both of my first-year finance/business internships through connecting with founders. I've gained crucial expertise and skills in finance while building meaningful connections in Silicon Valley.
Favorite Leavey Class and Why? Business 70 with Professor Harris because of his vast knowledge and experience working in various industries. He shared his successes, failures, advice, and strategies for success in an ever-changing business environment.
What made you choose to attend Leavey? I wanted to attend LSB because of the multitude of resources offered to students from coffee chats with recruiters to career fairs with employers. Also, the small class size makes LSB a tight-knit and collaborative community.
