What excited you about becoming a PCC?
I’m excited to give back by helping younger students navigate their career journey, develop my leadership and mentoring skills, and deepen my connection to the Leavey School of Business community.
What is your favorite career advice you’ve received?
My favorite piece of career advice is to never put all your eggs in one basket, keep your options open and explore every opportunity that comes your way. You never know which new experience will spark your passion, teach you invaluable skills, or connect you with people who will change your path for the better. Staying curious and saying yes to unexpected chances has led me to some of my most rewarding roles.
What is one piece of advice you would give to students looking for internships?
One piece of advice I would give is that any experience is valuable. Reflect on the skills you have gained, like communication, problem solving and time management, and share how you adapted and made an impact. Even if you may feel underqualified, clearly articulating your strengths and goals will make your applications and interviews more genuine and confident.
