What excited you about becoming a PCC?
I am excited for the chance to foster the next generation of business leaders, and to help the I believe in prioritizing your quality over quantity of applications. While it is good to cast a wide net and put yourself out there to as many opportunities as possible, I think it is more valuable to hone in on a few companies and to work on establishing a good rapport/connection with their teams.
What is your favorite career advice you’ve received?
View the interview process as a professional tango. It's a chance for the company to see if you are a good fit for them, but more importantly, it's an opportunity for you to see if you like the company.
What is one piece of advice you would give to students looking for internships?
I believe in prioritizing your quality over quantity of applications. While it is good to cast a wide net and put yourself out there to as many opportunities as possible, I think it is more valuable to hone in on a few companies and to work on establishing a good rapport/connection with their teams. You will definitely see yourself getting further in the recruitment process this way!
