The program pairs each senior with an alumni mentor who provides one-on-one mentorship and support to discuss topics like personal and professional development, career exploration, work-life balance, and navigating financial planning while transitioning from a student to a working professional.
A key component of SLA is the invaluable support and guidance that students receive from alumni.

What was your favorite part of your experience?
My favorite part of my SLA experience was the community that the cohort build. I knew very few people in my cohort on day 1, but everyone in the group became a close friend by the end. Joining SLA was one of the best decisions I made during my senior year. It led to me learning valuable things and leaving Santa Clara with a strong network of people I shared a great experience with.

What was your favorite part of your experience?
The best part about Senior Leadership Academy was the people I met. I developed some of my closest friendships that made my Senior year my favorite year of college.
