Women in Business at Santa Clara University is a student-run organization focused on supporting and advancing women pursuing leadership roles in business. We offer opportunities for professional growth, networking, and mentorship through workshops, guest speakers, and collaborations with corporate partners. Our goal is to foster a strong, supportive community that equips members with the skills, knowledge, and connections to thrive in their careers.

 

I joined Women in Business to explore different career paths in business while being part of a supportive community of women who inspire and challenge each other to grow. Through mentorship opportunities and engaging events, I have been able to build confidence and develop leadership skills. These experiences have allowed me to learn from others’ journeys and feel empowered to pursue my own goals.

 

What I enjoy most about leading Women in Business is seeing our community grow and evolve throughout the year. I love creating events that give members opportunities to develop valuable skills they can carry into their careers. It’s rewarding to watch members form meaningful connections and grow both personally and professionally. Being part of their growth and helping create impactful experiences is what makes this role so fulfilling.
