Women in Business at Santa Clara University is a student-led organization dedicated to empowering, educating, and connecting women aspiring to leadership in business. We provide professional development, networking opportunities, and mentorship through workshops, speaker events, and corporate partnerships, creating a supportive community that prepares members to excel in their careers.
I joined Women in Business my very first quarter at Santa Clara to connect with other driven, like-minded women and gain the tools I need to thrive in my future career. This community has given me mentorship, confidence, and opportunities I never would have found on my own. Being part of WIB has truly shaped both my personal and professional growth.
What I enjoy most about leading Women in Business is watching the community flourish through the relationships our members form with one another. Over the past two years, I’ve grown from VP of Membership to Director of Fundraising to now Co-President, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see how each role has given me a deeper connection to our mission. I especially value mentoring my executive board members—helping them grow into confident, highly capable leaders both within WIB and in their future careers.
