The Santa Clara University Finance Association is a student-led organization that bridges the gap between students and competitive careers in finance. Our mission is to connect students with top firms through speaker events, technical workshops, and flagship programs like the Investment Banking Recruiting Series, where firms such as Citi, Barclays, and Guggenheim Partners recruit directly from campus. Whether you're aiming for high finance or just exploring your options, the Finance Association is your launchpad.

I joined the Finance Association to explore the many career paths in finance and learn directly from industry professionals. The club’s events and speaker series gave me a clearer sense of what roles I might want to pursue and how to get there. It’s been a great way to learn, grow, and meet like-minded students.
What I enjoy most is creating real opportunities for students to explore different paths in finance and feel confident going after roles they might not have considered before. It has been meaningful to work with such driven and thoughtful people who genuinely want to help each other succeed.
