What are you doing this summer? I'm interning at PwC as a Cyber Risk and Regulatory - Business Processes Consulting Intern in Health Industries. I've moved down to Los Angeles for the summer and have been spending the time in office to learn and working for clients by testing controls for SOX compliance. Outside of work, I've been taking the time to explore a new city with my new friends!

 

What has been the most memorable part of your experience? The most memorable part of my experience so far is definitely meeting new people. Going to a completely new city with no prior knowledge was definitely daunting, but the amazing friends and team that I met this summer made the experience amazing.

One thing you have learned during this summer experience?  While this sounds simple, you truly never learn the amount of work that goes into a business until you're experiencing it yourself. It truly never dawned on me the amount of effort and work that goes into preparing a company for public financial reporting and the amount of communication and work that is required from it, It was a really interesting experience that I learned a lot from in terms of the work that is being done in business services.
