What are you doing this summer? This summer at Rosano Capital Partners, I worked on marketing, leasing, and capital advisory projects, gaining hands-on experience across the commercial real estate pipeline. I helped produce blog content, social media posts, and property listings, while also supporting internal operations like tenant outreach and financial analysis. The internship deepened my understanding of CRE strategy and gave me the chance to contribute directly to real client work.
Hopefully you’ve grown both professionally and personally from this summer experience. Name one or two “life” lessons you learned and will carry forward after graduation. Success at Rosano truly depended on what I put into it. I also learned how important it is to ask thoughtful questions and stay curious, especially in an industry where relationships and knowledge are everything. Those habits will continue to shape how I approach both work and life after graduation.
What has been the most memorable part of your experience? The most memorable part of my summer was working on the Enrique Brito art gallery event—we transformed a commercial property into a creative space and brought the community together in a way I hadn’t experienced before. It was a unique blend of real estate, marketing, and culture that showed me how versatile this industry can be. Seeing the final event come to life was incredibly rewarding.
What advice would you give to younger students who are searching for summer opportunities?
Focus on finding roles where you’ll learn directly from others, not just do tasks.
