What are you doing this summer? I interned for WorkBoard, a startup based in Redwood City, that provides an enterprise results platform and OKR coaching to leaders and teams, allowing them to measure and drive outcomes so they achieve them faster. Specifically, I worked on expansion campaign efforts for a few key accounts like IBM, Cisco, and Intel by putting together the framework needed for launching a successful campaign. I learned how to conduct data enrichment through Salesforce and ZoomInfo, structure a Webinar, pull content from LinkedIn, and tailor messaging to specific accounts in order to churn revenue quicker by utilizing the relationships WorkBoard already has.

 

What has been the most memorable part of your experience?  I actually was able to meet my team and the entire company in person at their July "all hands" where we spent the week closing out the quarter and projecting results for Q3. It was so much fun getting to spend some quality time with the marketing team, learning about WorkBoard as a whole, and also hearing from the company's leadership. It was truly inspiring!
