Sexual and Gender Based Misconduct Policy
Santa Clara University upholds a zero tolerance policy for sexual and gender-based misconduct and does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its educational programs. When an allegation of misconduct is brought to an appropriate administrator's attention and a respondent is found to have violated this policy, serious sanctions will be used to reasonably ensure that such actions are never repeated.

Annual California Campus Safety Report

SCU prepares this report in compliance with California State Education Code, Chapter 16, of the Donahoe Higher Education Act, Section 67380. Publicly funded educational institutions in California are required to compile reports of occurrences and arrests for Part I crimes.
