Signature Programs
An annual flagship university event that brings together students, employers, staff and faculty in a celebration of diversity in the workplace. Diversity Works provides $10,000 in student award scholarships, deepens employer partnerships, and amplifies student voices through industry panels, round-table discussions, and reverse career fairs.

A two-day, all-expense covered retreat for SCU undergraduate students before the start of winter quarter. With an intimate cohort of peers, students build career confidence, resilience, and tolerance for ambiguity through the support of Career Center, Campus Ministry, and Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) staff. Applications typically open mid-fall quarter!

The Bay Area AI student immersion program is a 4 day experience during spring break that exposes students to the center of global innovation and entrepreneurship. Participants deepen their understanding of AI and the emerging tech industry through company visits, networking events, and industry panels. Students will also have the opportunity to engage with professionals, including SCU alumni, who are investors and entrepreneurs. Throughout the week, Career Center staff coach students on how to present themselves and maximize their contacts for career and internship opportunities.

The SCUxSU Possible Tech Accelerator immerses students from both Santa Clara University and Seattle University in an interactive five-week virtual program where you participate in workshops, attend talks from industry professionals, connect with mentors, and deliver a hands-on project, all designed to help you identify and attain a career that aligns with your goals.
