  • We are mindful that not all families have the resources or time to travel with their students.
  • Residence Hall Move-In on September 20 begins at 8:30am with the first of 3 groups (90 minutes each), the second group begins at 10:00am, and the third group begins at 11:30am.
  • New transfer students may have their move-in date set for September 21 or 22 instead so be sure to check for a confirmation email from the Housing Office.
  • Students have two required sessions: RLC Community Conversations at 8:00-9:00pm on September 20 and a session about community health and safety at 3:00-5:00pm on September 21.
  • There are a variety of social activities and receptions on the evenings of September 20, September 21, and September 22.

Residence Hall Room & Move-In Assignments

Students were sent an email on August 13 with information about their assigned Residential Learning Community (RLC) or residence hall, room number, room type, and roommate information (if applicable).

  • The specific move-in time for each student will be sent in a separate email along with other move-in information.
  • Various resources are available on our SCU Housing website which we hope students and families will find helpful as they prepare to make their way to campus.
