Santa Clara University is committed to ensuring a welcoming and supportive campus for all students, faculty and staff. If you are the impacted party of a bias incident or witness a bias incident against someone else, you are strongly encouraged to seek support and report it.

Generally, bias incidents are an act—verbal, written or physical—of bias toward an individual or group which has the purpose or effect of interfering with an individual’s or group’s safety or security, or which creates an intimidating, hostile, and objectively offensive educational, living or working environment.
