The Center for Student Leadership (CSL) offers opportunities for students to learn, develop, and reflect as growing leaders through programming and training opportunities.

Office for Accessible Education has been designated by the University to ensure access for all students with disabilities to all academic programs and University resources.
The Drahmann Advising and Learning Resources Center serves both undergraduate and graduate students with academic advice, tutoring, information, and services, whatever students’ needs may be.
The Office of EEO and Title IX fosters and insures equal opportunity for all persons involved with Santa Clara University, and serves as a resource office for the entire campus community. While an affirmative action program is required by federal law, it is the current goal of the office to support diversity through faculty and staff recruitment. Human Resources (HR) oversees the hiring process for all levels of employees, benefits plans, wellness programs, and workshops designed to provide the skills that faculty, and staff need to excel.
The Ignation Center for Jesuit Education, a Center of Distinction, brings together the University’s most characteristically Jesuit programs to extend its core The Ignation Center for Jesuit Education, values to the entire campus.

Institutional Research (IR) provides objective, systematic, and thorough research and analysis in support of the University’s strategic and Institutional Research (IR) operational planning, policy formation, and decision making. IR ensures that the university remains compliant with federal data reporting requirements.
International Student Services within the Global Engagement Office promotes the education and development of international students to enable them to achieve excellence in their academic and professional goals and encourages the understanding of diverse cultures and perspectives throughout the University. They are responsible for ensuring that the students are up-to-date with their required paperwork.
The Markkula Center for Applied Ethics, a Center of Distinction, integrates practical and theoretical approaches to ethical decision-making at the University and in the larger community.
Universty Marketing and Communications (UMC) assists the University’s Schools, the College, academic departments, and administrative offices with outreach, visual branding, and media placement.
The Office for Multicultural Learning (OML) was formed in 1999 through a grant from the James Irvine Foundation. It focuses on advancing multicultural education through programming and initiatives directed at enhancing diversity, multiculturalism, social justice, and inclusive excellence among the students and the university community.
