Dr. Regina Stanback Stroud is a self-described anti-racism activist who is committed to facilitating diversity, equity and inclusion. She dedicated 35 years of her life’s work to being a higher education leader and educator – including service as the Chancellor of Peralta Community College District and the President of Skyline College. She is now the CEO of RSS Consulting, LLC. Dr. Stanback Stroud served President Barack Obama on his President’s Advisory Council on Financial Capability for Young Americans. Dr. Stanback Stroud holds a Doctorate and Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Mills College, a Master’s Degree in Human Relations from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Sciences from Howard University. Dr. Stanback Stroud’s scholarship and expertise has focused on student equity and diversity; education/industry collaboratives; economic empowerment and anti-poverty strategies; community workforce and economic development; and regional and state educational policy.
