Richard (Rick) L. Reginato has more than 25 years of experience in management and execution of large and small programs for a diverse array of customers including the Missile Defense Agency, Army, and Navy. Since July 2009 Mr. Reginato has been the Chief Engineer for Special Programs where he oversees the technical content and execution.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Reginato was the Program Director for the Multiple Kill Vehicle program, where he was responsible for the daily execution of a development program for the Missile Defense Agency. His background includes program and technical management, systems engineering, proposal development, and subcontract management for Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company.
Mr. Reginato holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Arizona State University and a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for Ronald McDonald House at Stanford.
