Mr. Russell was appointed to his current position as the Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing for the Western Region of the Electronic Systems Sector in March of 2006. He is currently responsible for the design and manufacturing of aircraft avionics and space sensing systems. In addition, he serves as the Electronics Systems Sector representative on the Northrop Grumman Engineering Council and is the Executive Lead for Northrop Grumman Engineering Tools Council. Mr. Russell has over 20 years experience in the aerospace industry and has been responsible for leading the development of advanced satellite based communications systems for direct broadcast television and radio. He holds a Bachelors degree in physics from Willamette University and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
