Gordon Stitt is a network technology executive and Silicon Valley entrepreneur. He co-founded Network Peripherals as well as Extreme Networks, where he served as president, CEO and board chairman. Most recently, Gordon was CEO of the networking firm, Nebula. He has served on the boards of directors of Barracuda Networks, RGB Networks and Skyfire.
Gordon has nearly four decades of experience in technology, beginning his Silicon Valley career as an undergraduate.
He is the chair of the computer engineering department industry advisory board within the SCU School of Engineering.
Gordon holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering (’80) from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. He studied physics at Harvey Mudd College before enrolling at Santa Clara. His wife Valori (MBA,’91) and their son Alex (BS’16, economics) are Santa Clara alumni.
