Jim Dworkin is Associate Vice President in Marvell’s Custom Compute & Storage business unit. We help customers define and execute some of the most impactful custom ASIC solutions ever built. Jim leads a cross-functional team to set the business strategy, define technology roadmaps, create customer-specific solutions, and win new business primarily in XPU and XPU Attach domains, including AI compute, storage, memory, infrastructure, and security. AI and accelerated computing are transforming almost everything in high tech that touches all our lives.

Jim is an executive leader in the semiconductor industry with a versatile, sustained career growth, holding trusted executive leadership positions at Fortune 100 global semiconductor companies. Also, he directly led businesses to nearly $1B of profitable >35% CAGR revenue growth in market segments including Embedded SoC, Computing, Networking, Security, and Storage. Most of his career has been spent architecting, designing, marketing, or selling solutions, including CPUs, embedded systems-on-a-chip, Network Processors, ASICs, and programmable logic.

Jim holds a BSEE degree from Cornell University, an MSEE in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
