Mohammad Issa

Mohammad Issa is a distinguished leader in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Silicon One and ASIC design and engineering at Cisco. In this role, he oversees the development and innovation of silicon technologies, driving advancements that are crucial for Cisco's networking solutions across enterprise, data center, and web scale. He joined Cisco in 2020.

Previously, Mohammad was a founder and Chief Development Officer of Innovium, a company renowned for its high-performance data center networking solutions. Under his leadership, Innovium delivered cutting-edge silicon products that catered to the evolving needs of modern data centers, for which he holds several patents.

Mohammad also spent nearly ten years at Broadcom, ultimately leading silicon development in the Infrastructure business unit. Throughout his career, Mohammad has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to lead teams towards technological breakthroughs and market success.

Mohammad graduated from Union College with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and received his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
