David Zheng is the Director of Dry Lab Operations at Santa Clara University. He oversees a lab staff of the School of Engineering and is responsible for supporting the operations of the various teaching and research dry labs of the wider SCU STEM community. These dry labs include the labs of the Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil engineering departments, as well as the Physics department. He also supports the labs of the Center for Nanostructures and the TENT Laboratory at SCU. David has prior careers in developing patents for an image sensor company and in medical device product development and evaluation. David holds a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from SCU.
