Exploring Systemic Change
The problems women and minorities face in Silicon Valley can be solvable if the issues are considered as ethical dilemmas. We explored these issues both philosophically and practically in a dialogue series during the 2017-2018 academic year. Feedback from the Silicon Valley business community pointed to diversity and inclusion as significant ethical issues in Silicon Valley, and several high-profile harassment cases disclosed over the summer of 2017 reinforced this unfortunate reality.
This dialogue series created a space where industry and academic experts shared tools and learned from one another about what’s working (and what isn’t working) when it comes to creating more diverse and inclusive organizations. This website highlights the events in the series and provides resources, articles, and blog posts,
