The Certified Equity Professional Institute (CEPI) is a part of the Leavey Executive Center at Santa Clara University. The purpose of the CEPI Advisory Board is to promote the growth and related value of the equity compensation profession and the continuing development of individuals involved in or associated with equity plan administration, including those managing individuals in those positions.
Advisory Board Nominations
Each year, the CEPI Advisory Board conducts a nomination process to appoint Board members that are willing and able to assist with the board’s goals. If you are an active CEP designee who has a passion for bettering the equity compensation profession, and to include consistency in approach and adoption of industry best practices, we invite you to consider nominating yourself to join the CEPI Advisory Board.
The nomination period opens annually in April with a review and selection period annually in May. A board term is from September to August.
Apply to the CEPI Advisory Board
All applicants for nomination who are interested in being considered for the upcoming board term must submit their applications by May 1st. The Nominations Committee reviews all applications and prepares a slate of nominees for consideration by the Advisory Board in May of each year. The Advisory Board will vote and select new board members in June of each year. All newly elected advisory board members will begin their respective positions beginning September 1st of each year.
