Cal Grant GPA Verification Form
California Residents: If you are not currently a Cal Grant recipient, complete the Cal Grant GPA Verification Form along with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in order to be considered for the Cal Grant program.
- Current students must have the form completed and postmarked by March 2
NOTE: If you have already received a Cal Grant, whether or not you are receiving payments or if it is on reserve status, you do not need to submit a verified Cal Grant GPA to renew your award for the next year. However, you will need to submit the FAFSA for each academic year of renewal.
