The process of re-entry is every bit as important as our actual study abroad program itself. Reflecting on what we've learned, discovering how we've changed, connecting with others who share similar interests, and finding ways to integrate our experience into our life and studies will help us make the most of the time we spent overseas. Check out the information and resources below that can help you with your transition back to your life at home and at SCU, including recommendations for how to keep your international experience alive.

Work as a Peer Advisor for Study Abroad
Do you want to help students prepare and apply for a study abroad experience? Every summer we onboard a new Peer Advisor Team for the upcoming academic year. Peer Advisors are paid for their participation and commit to working for 10 hours a week across 3 quarters. Keep an eye out in the Returnee Newsletter for more details.
Check out our upcoming Returnee Events where you’ll have the chance to reflect on your experiences abroad, explore other global opportunities at SCU, learn how you can articulate the skills you gained abroad to employers, connect with helpful resources on campus, vote in the Global Engagement Photo Contest, pick-up your free graduation sash, and more!
